Shipping & Returns Policy

2 Week Lead Time

Fromeco has a 2 week lead time. Please observe this when placing an order online.   Fromeco closely monitors its order queue.   We make every attempt to get orders out faster than 2 weeks.   Orders production times are effected by Order load, and Business Conditions.  

Fromeco is a Manufacture NOT a Hobby Shop

Fromeco supplies products world wide.   As a Manufacture we subject to business conditions of other Manufactures who make inventory parts that are used in our products.  Due to these outside influences, lead times on some products may take longer than 2 weeks.  

Fromeco does not have product sitting on the shelf.   All products are made to order, in the order they are recieved.   Orders are only passed over if parts necessary to build products are not in stock.  If an order is passed over, it becomes high priority as soon as necessary parts arrive on our dock. 

In other words, we are not McDonalds.   If you feel it necessary to call us and complain that your order didn't arrive 30min's before you ordered it, please don't, it will not be met with a possitive response.  

Shipping

We ship all our packages via FedEx Ground, or United States Postal Service Priority (Content Dependent) unless otherwise specified. Orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship due to our large back log of customers.

All shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process. Additional charges will apply to international orders as well as orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, AA, AE, or AP addresses, and any territory outside the continental U.S. We CAN NOT ship Fed Ex to PO boxes. Additional shipping charges may also apply to large items based on their weight and size. Please be aware that shipping charges are based on calculations done by the software. They may not always reflect actual price of shipping.

International Shipping

If you are a international customer, Fromeco ships all international packages via EMS or US Mail Express International. This method is slightly more expensive than other means in the US mail system, however it is considerably cheaper than FedEx and UPS. Fromeco uses this method because it is tracked, and has the best probability of getting to its final destination. If you would like to try and figure out what your package will cost to ship to your specific country please go here. https://www.usps.com/prices/express-mail-international-prices.htm#cz This will give you a good idea of the estimated cost, most likely it will exactly the same, however the US Post Office changes these rates regularly, which means you may check your prices one week and the next week when Fromeco ships the price has changed.

Fromeco Warranty for all Products

Fromeco Scale Avionics LLC® warrants that at the time of shipment and for a period of ninety (90) days thereafter the Product (Fromeco Scale Avionics LLC® "All Products") shall conform to the functional description contained herein, and shall be free from defects in workmanship. If any defect within this warranty appears, the Purchaser shall notify FROMECO immediately. Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy in the event of a defect is expressly limited to (at Fromeco Scale Avionics LLC® sole election) correction of the defect by replacement or issuance of credit in the amount of the price of the Product, for any Product which proves defective within the above warranty. The foregoing warranties are the sole and exclusive warranties made by Fromeco Scale Avionics LLC®. THESE WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. In no event shall Fromeco Scale Avionics LLC® be liable to Purchaser, end user, or any other party or individual for any incidental, special or consequential damages of any nature that are or could be attributable to the product. Fromeco Scale Avionics LLC® maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product under this agreement. Use of the Product by Purchaser shall constitute Purchaser’s acceptance of these terms.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange the merchandise within 7 days of receipt unopened and unused, along with a copy of the sales receipt that you received for your order, and a NOTE you are returing your merchandise for a refund.

Items that are returned from 8 to 30 days after shipping must be retuned unused and unopened, along with a copy of the sales receipt and are subject to a restocking fee equivalent to 30% of the purchase price of the item. Fromeco Scale Avionics LLC cannot refund the initial shipping charges or the price of the return or exchange shipping.

To return a package call Fromeco Scale Avionics LLC @ 503.715.0020 to obtain a Return Authorization number (RMA). All shipments being returned MUST be preceded with a Phone Call to let us know something is on the way. Fromeco Scale Avionics LLC does NOT cover the cost of return shipment to us. Packages shipped to Fromeco with out proper RMA can sit for weeks.
